Hunan Hong-Ying-Xiang Bio-Chemistry Industry Co., Ltd., is a shareholder enterprise. The factory began to produce enzyme products in 1978, which is among the earliest enzyme manufacturers in China. Up to now, it is a key manufacturer for enzyme production in China. It was awarded the title of "Hunan High Technical Company" in 2005. It has enjoyed great popularity in producing glucoamylase and amylase for 27 years in domestic market. It covers a land of 40, 000 square meters. It is also equipped with modern fermentation tanks with a total fermentation volume at 600 cubic meters. Its ultra-filtration facilities are of international standard. The annual output of the enzymes are around 10000 metric tons with a value of 5 million US dollars. The main enzyme products are high conversional glucoamylase, heat-stable alpha amylase, cellulase, etc. Which are well accepted in USA, Germany, Japan, India, and other areas in the world. The registered trade marks are "Plum" and "Luck Eagle", among which the "Plum" Brand glucoamylase wins the "Provincial Superior Goods" for several years running and in 2001 and 2004, it was awarded with "Hunan Famous Products".
